体育强省建设背景下的四川体育改革发展“2+3+4”创变计划探索

摘　　要：自四川体育强省建设提出以来,四川省体育局明确了四川体育“123456”发展战略,在该战略的指导下,四川省体育事业得到了巨大的进步。随着“123456”发展战略进入到落实期,四川省的体育事业面临着新的挑战,为应对四川省体育事业所面临新的挑战,解决突出问题,“2+3+4”创变计划应运而生。本文是基于“2+3+4”创变计划,对竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、“体育+N”的产业发展定位与发展道路的剖析和阐释,探讨了在新的时代大环境下,“2+3+4”创变计划对四川省竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、“体育+N”的发展具有重大的现实意义。以求推动四川省体育事业的高质量发展,早日实现四川打造体育强省的宏伟目标。Since the construction of a strong sports province in Sichuan was put forward,Sichuan Sports Bureau has defined the“123456-year Plan”development strategy of Sichuan sports.Under the guidance of this strategy,the sports cause of Sichuan Province has made great progress.As the“123456-year Plan”development strategy enters the implementation period,the sports cause of Sichuan Province is facing new challenges.In order to meet the new challenges and solve the outstanding problems,the“2-3-4”innovation plan came into being.This paper analyzes and explains the industrial development orientation and development path of competitive sports,mass sports,sports industry and“sports+N”based on the“2-3-4”innovation plan.it is discussed that in the new era,the“2-3-4”innovation plan is of great practical significance to the development of competitive sports,mass sports,sports industry and“sports+N”in Sichuan Province.In order to promote the high-quality development of sports in Sichuan Province and realize the grand goal of building Sichuan into a strong sports province as soon as possible.
