“成渝双城经济圈”背景下川渝体育产业高质量一体化发展研究

摘　　要：2020年初,习总书记主持召开中央财经委员会第六次会议指出:“推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设,在西部形成高质量发展的重要增长极。”“一体化发展理念”和“区域协同创新发展”是建设新时代成渝地区双城经济圈的关键词,唱好“双城记”、建好“经济圈”,对推动川渝两省(市)体育产业高质量一体化发展,具有极大的区域带动和示范作用。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等方法,分析川渝体育产业高质量一体化发展的基本内涵、可行性、面临瓶颈和实施路径。研究认为,川渝体育产业高质量一体化发展是区域一体化发展的自然进程和国家打造内陆开放战略高地的必然产物。现实面临着外部环境制约,内部环境限制以及缺乏体制创新等众多瓶颈。为实现川渝体育产业高质量一体化发展目标,川渝两地要将体育产业积极融入“成渝地区双城经济圈”的建设。建议:共建体育产业园,大力招商引资实现体育产业共建共享;创新制度模式,搭建信息服务平台助力一体化发展;重点发展“四个市场”,打造川渝体育国际名片;大力培养复合型体育人才,助飞川渝体育事业发展。At the beginning of 2020,General Secretary Xi presided over the sixth meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Committee and pointed out:“Promote the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing region’s dual-city economic circle and form an important growth pole for high-quality development in the west.”“Integrated development concept”and“regional coordination”“Innovative development”is the key word for the construction of a dual-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region in the new era.Singing a good“Tale of Two Cities”and building an“Economic Circle”are extremely important for promoting the high-quality integrated development of the sports industry in Sichuan and Chongqing.The large area drives and demonstrates.Using literature method,logic analysis method,expert interview method and other methods,analyze the basic connotation,feasibility analysis,bottlenecks and implementation path of the high-quality integrated development of Sichuan and Chongqing sports industry.Research believes that the high-quality integrated development of the Sichuan-Chongqing sports industry is an inevitable product of the natural process of regional integrated development and the country’s strategic highlands for inland opening.The reality is faced with many bottlenecks such as external environmental constraints,internal environmental constraints,and lack of institutional innovation.In order to achieve the goal of high-quality integrated development of the Sichuan-Chongqing sports industry,Sichuan and Chongqing should actively integrate the sports industry into the construction of the“Chengdu-Chongqing Double City Economic Circle”.Recommendations:Co-build a sports industrial park,vigorously attract investment to realize the co-construction and sharing of the sports industry;innovate institutional models and build an information service platform to facilitate integrated development;focus on the development of the“four markets”to create an international business card for Sichuan and Chongqing
