摘　　要：钢结构建筑外墙岩棉夹芯板保温、隔热、隔声、阻燃、防水、环保性能良好,具有美观经济、施工快捷等突出优势,是装配式钢结构建筑配套外墙重要的发展方向之一。文章结合工程应用实例,阐述了钢结构建筑外墙岩棉夹芯板企口的结构形式和横装特点,介绍了岩棉夹芯板横装施工工艺流程、操作要点,分析了岩棉夹芯板横装的质量和安全保证措施,以期为钢结构外墙岩棉夹芯板及装配式建筑配套外墙系统施工技术的应用提供参考。Rock wool sandwich panel for exterior wall of steel structure buildings has good thermal insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardant, waterproof and environmental protection performance. It has outstanding advantages such as beautiful appearance, economy and fast construction and is one of the important development directions of supporting exterior wall of prefabricated steel structure buildings. Combining with engineering application examples, this paper expounds the structural form and horizontal installation characteristics of rock wool sandwich panel mouth of the exterior wall of steel structure buildings,introduces the construction process and operation points of rock wool sandwich panel horizontal installation, and analyzes the quality and safety guarantee measures of rock wool sandwich panel horizontal installation, so as to provide references for the application of construction technology of rock wool sandwich panel of steel structure exterior wall and supporting exterior wall systems for prefabricated buildings.
