摘 要:为了提升高速公路钢筋混凝土护栏施工质量水平,解决高速公路钢筋混凝土护栏传统施工工艺工期长、施工难度高等问题,施工方应结合施工要求和现场施工环境完成滑模施工处理工作。文章从施工进度、经济效益、施工工序等方面分析滑模施工技术在高速公路钢筋混凝土护栏施工中的应用优势,并结合实际工程案例,从前期准备、技术要点及后期维护方面探讨滑模施工技术的具体应用,制订了规范化滑模施工作业方案,有效满足了高速公路钢筋混凝土护栏施工应用规范和要求,解决了施工难题,提高了高速公路钢筋混凝土护栏施工整体水平。In order to improve the construction quality level of expressway reinforced concrete guardrails and solve the problems of long construction period and high construction difficulty in the traditional construction process of expressway reinforced concrete guardrails, the construction party should complete the slip form construction treatment work according to the construction requirements and on-site construction environment. This paper analyzes the application advantages of slip form construction technology in the construction of reinforced concrete guardrails of expressways from the aspects of construction progress, economic benefits,construction procedures, etc. Combined with practical engineering cases, the specific application of slip form construction technology is discussed from the aspects of preliminary preparation, technical points and later maintenance. The standardized slip form construction operation scheme has been formulated, which effectively meets the application specifications and requirements of expressway reinforced concrete guardrail construction, solves construction problems, and improves the overall level of the expressway reinforced concrete guardrail construction.
