摘 要:文章以三代华龙堆型核电站蒸汽发生器管板锻件为研究对象,通过分析管板锻件材料采购规范和要求的变化,探讨超大直径厚饼类锻件的制造工艺难点。研究制订出合理的冶炼和锻造工艺方案,控制其工艺要点,使制造厂能够按照既定的工艺生产出满足设计、采购及相应规范要求的合格锻件,以期加快我国三代堆型核电站核岛关键部件的国产化进程。In this paper, the tube sheet forgings of steam generators in the third generation Hualong reactor type nuclear power plant are taken as the research object. By analyzing the changes in material procurement specifications and requirements for tube sheet forgings, the manufacturing process difficulties of super-large diameter thick cake forgings are discussed. It studies and formulates a reasonable smelting and forging process plan and controls the key points of the process, so that the manufacturer can produce qualified forgings that meet the requirements of design, procurement and corresponding specifications according to the established process, hoping to speed up the localization process of key components of nuclear islands in China’s third generation nuclear power plants.
