摘 要:场道工程水稳基层施工中,主要采取增加外放摊铺宽度,压实后进行清边的方式,保证水稳基层设计宽度和压实度。尤其在跑道与联络道的基层搭接时,需清除搭接缝处的水稳散料,并将搭接缝修整平齐,这种工艺不仅增加了工序,还造成了水稳料的浪费。为此,文章研究边模支设技术在机场场道工程跑道水稳基层标准化施工中的应用,从质量和经济效益角度对其应用成效进行分析,结果表明,边模支设技术能保证基层设计宽度和压实效果,同时提高实体质量和观感质量,对推进标准化施工和绿色施工都有重要意义。In the construction of water stabilized base of airport pavement engineering, the method of increasing the width of external paving and clearing the edge after compaction is mainly adopted to ensure the design width and compactness of the water stabilized base. Especially the runway is overlapped with the base layer of the connecting road, it is necessary to remove the water stabilized bulk materials at the lap joint and trim the lap joint. This process not only increases the procedures, but also causes the waste of water stabilized materials. In this regard, this paper studies the application of side formwork supporting technology in the standardized construction of runway water stabilized base in airport pavement engineering, and analyzes its application effect from the perspective of quality and economic benefits.The results show that the side formwork supporting technology can ensure the design width and compaction effect of the base, and improve the physical quality and visual quality,which is of great significance to promote the standardized construction and green construction.
