摘 要:公路工程项目涉及多方面内容,施工流程复杂、施工工艺要求较高,其中存在许多不安全因素,很容易发生工程事故,造成不必要的人员伤亡及经济损失。因此,在公路工程项目中,应加强安全风险管理,对工程的风险要素进行识别和评估,制订合理的施工安全风险应对策略,提高公路工程项目的安全性。文章以肯尼亚某项目为例,结合当前的技术背景,对公路工程项目施工的安全风险管理相关内容进行了研究,从社会、技术和管理三个层面分析该项目所面临的施工安全风险点,并总结出了具有针对性的应对策略,以供参考。Highway engineering projects involve many aspects. The construction process is complex and the construction technology requirements are high. There are many unsafe factors, which are prone to engineering accidents and cause unnecessary casualties and economic losses. Therefore, in highway engineering projects, safety risk management should be strengthened, the risk factors of the project should be identified and evaluated, and reasonable construction safety risk response strategies should be formulated to improve the safety of highway engineering projects.Taking a project in Kenya as an example, combined with the current technical background, this paper studies the safety risk management of highway engineering project construction, analyzes the construction safety risk points faced by the project from three aspects of society, technology and management, and summarizes the targeted countermeasures for reference.
