摘　　要：文章以江苏某住宅小区的智能化系统为例,对小区内信息设施、安全防范、设备监控等系统的设计进行深入研究和论述,旨在促进住宅小区智能化的实现,努力营造安全、舒适、便利的智慧型居住环境,从而为人们带来高质量生活体验。Taking the intelligent system of a residential community in Jiangsu as an example, this paper conducts indepth research and discussion on the design of information facilities, security prevention, equipment monitoring and other systems in the community, aiming at promoting the realization of intelligent residential community and striving to create a safe, comfortable and convenient intelligent living environment, so as to bring people a high-quality life experience.
