摘　　要：帕累托分析法在质量管理领域应用广泛,但在锅炉监督检验领域少有人研究与应用,该文利用帕累托分析法找到垃圾焚烧锅炉安装监督检验过程中影响质量管理的关键因素,验证帕累托分析在特种设备行业质量管理的应用价值。Pareto analysis is widely used in the field of quality management, but few people have studied and applied it in the field of boiler supervision and inspection. This paper uses Pareto analysis to find the key factors affecting the quality of waste incineration boiler installation supervision and inspection process, and verifies the application value of Pareto analysis in quality management of special equipment industry.
