摘　　要：工业化高层住宅是基于建筑工业化背景而产生的一种全新建筑形式,深化工业高层住宅建筑设计-建造过程的一体化模式研究,能实现建筑工程资源的最优配置,提升工程项目整体施工质量。该文立足新型工业化高层住宅,在阐述其设计-建造一体化发展价值的基础上,分析其设计-建设一体化发展现状,并指出工业化高层住宅设计-建造一体化发展的主要模式形态和技术要点,期望能进一步提升建筑设计-建造一体化模式应用水平,保证工程建设质量,进而推动工业化高层住宅建筑的稳步发展。Industrialized high-rise residential building is a new architectural form based on the background of building industrialization. Deepening the research on the integrated model of industrial high-rise residential building design-construction process can realize the optimal allocation of construction engineering resources and improve the overall construction of the project. quality. Based on the new industrialized high-rise residential building, on the basis of expounding its design-construction integrated development value, this paper analyzes the current situation of its design-construction integrated development, and points out the main patterns and technical essentials of the industrialized high-rise residential design-construction integrated development. It is expected to further improve the application level of the architectural design-build integration mode, ensure the quality of engineering construction, and then promote the steady development of industrialized high-rise residential buildings.
