摘 要:针对农村电商在末端选址的过程中可能出现的影响因素选取单一化、选址结果模糊性高的问题,提出了基于AHP-TOPSIS的农村电商末端选址模型。文章综合考虑了影响农村电商末端选址的影响因素,运用AHP法构建了选址评价指标体系并确定了各指标权重;引入TOPSIS法比较各备选地址与正负理想解的距离,根据相对接近度的大小,优选最适合农村电商发展的末端选址方案。以建昌县为例,应用该模型进行选址决策,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。In view of the possible influencing factors in the process of terminal location selection of rural e-commerce,such as the single selection and high ambiguity of location results,a terminal location model of rural e-commerce based on AHP-TOPSIS is proposed.This paper comprehensively considers the factors that affect the location of rural e-commerce terminals,constructs a location evaluation index system using AHP method and determines the weight of each index;TOPSIS method is introduced to compare the distance between each alternative address and the positive and negative ideal solution,and the terminal location scheme that is most suitable for rural e-commerce development.It is selected according to the relative proximity.Taking Jianchang County as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by applying the model to the site selection decision.
