港口经济产业结构的动态演化特征——基于浙江舟山港企业微观数据的实证研究

摘　　要：在“调结构、转方式”的新常态经济背景和“海洋强国”“海上丝绸之路”的重要举措下,港口经济经历了优化结构、减速增效的调整发展时期,同时这些举措的实施为港口经济带来了发展契机。在现有的国民经济产业研究中,港口经济尚未有统一的定义,港口经济活动不仅包括运输,还包括诸如仓储、装卸、金融、租赁等散布于其他产业的活动,是一个由多部门、多产业构成的综合、复杂的运行系统。因此,探究港口经济的产业结构特征,有助于掌握港口经济的发展状况,厘清港口经济的运行机制,优化港口经济发展的政策设计,实现港口经济的长效发展。文章根据2011—2020年浙江舟山港微观企业数据,依据港口业务的特征对港口经济产业进行界定与分类,并应用“三轴图”法和灰色关联分析法从重心位置和灰色关联度两个角度探究港口经济产业结构的演化特征与动态路径。Under the new normal economic background of“adjusting structure and changing mode”and the important measures of“maritime power”and“Maritime Silk Road”,the port economy has experienced a period of adjustment and development of optimizing structure,slowing down and increasing efficiency.At the same time,the implementation of these measures has brought development opportunities for the port economy.In the existing industrial research of national economy,port economy has not yet formed a unified definition.Port economic activities include not only transportation,but also activities scattered in other industries such as storage,loading and unloading,finance,leasing,etc.It is a comprehensive and complex operating system composed of multiple departments and industries.Therefore,exploring the characteristics of the industrial structure of the port economy is helpful to grasp the development status,clarify the operating mechanism,optimize the policy design,and achieve the long-term development of the port economy.Based on the micro enterprise data of Zhoushan Port in Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2020,and according to the characteristics of port business,the paper defines and classifies the port economic industry,and explores the evolution characteristics and dynamic paths of the economic industrial structure from the two perspectives of the center-of-gravity position and the gray correlation,through the“triaxial diagram”method and the gray correlation analysis method.
