摘　　要：为将中国的CO_(2)排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,在不足10年的时间内完成碳达峰值,对中国制造业而言,转型升级迫在眉睫。文章基于江苏先进制造业集群供应链,对其创新发展过程中所面对的战略环境进行分析,发现仍存在以下不足:例如产业集群发展低度化;供应链内部集成度不足;供应链集群创新能力不足,缺乏核心竞争力;空间布局分散,区域发展不均衡以及集群供应链外部机制不完善等方面。因此,文章在把握全球供应链重构趋势和竞争要求的基础上,尤其是在碳达峰的目标下,对江苏先进制造业集群供应链创新的战略路径进行研究,以期促进实现传统制造业供应链的转型升级。To peak China’s CO_(2)emissions before 2030 and to complete the carbon peak target with less than 10 years,the transformation and upgrading is imminent for China’s manufacturing industry.Based on the supply chain of Jiangsu advanced manufacturing cluster,the paper analyzes the strategic environment facing its innovative development and finds that the following deficiencies still exist:The development of industrial clusters is low;Insufficient integration within the supply chain;Insufficient innovation ability of supply chain clusters and lack of core competitiveness;The spatial layout is scattered;the regional development is uneven,and the external mechanism of the cluster supply chain is not perfect.Therefore,on the basis of grasping the trend of global supply chain restructuring and competition requirements,especially under the carbon peak target,the strategic path of supply chain innovation in Jiangsu advanced manufacturing cluster is studied in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing supply chain.
