摘　　要：浙江以数字化改革为契机,搭建“九龙联动治水”应用,探索系统治水新模式并取得初步成效。为进一步满足数字化改革纵深发展及共同富裕和省域现代化先行的现实需求,浙江省水利厅系统总结数字化改革经验,运用数字化理念思维和方法,设计提出表征省域系统治水成效的“安澜指数”,并对结果运用及机制建设提出工作思路。Taking digitalization as an opportunity,the approach of“collaborated water governance”has been adopted by Zhejiang Province,in order to explore a new mode of systematic water governance,and achieved preliminary results.Water resources department of Zhejiang Province systematically reviews the experiences of reform for digitalization,and uses the concept and methods of digitalization to design and propose the“security indicator”,in order to meet the needs of deepening reform,common prosperity and modernization.The design of the system may demonstrate the effectiveness of water governance.Ideas are raised for the application of results and mechanism construction.
