摘 要:为了研究下击暴流作用下输电线路风偏响应特性,基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)方法建立了下击暴流三维瞬态风场模型,给出了下击暴流风剖面的分布特点。通过将计算结果与经验理论模型对比,吻合较好,验证了数值模拟方法的正确性。在此基础上以四档输电线路为工程背景,研究了输电线路档距和导线张力的变化、风暴中心与输电线路相对位置变化以及下击暴流射流倾角变化对绝缘子串风偏角及档距中央导线风偏位移的影响规律,分析了输电线路绝缘子串最大风偏位移与风暴中心的位置的关系,最后针对下击暴流的生成、下沉、冲击及扩散过程对输电线路风偏响应进行了非线性时程分析,揭示了在下击暴流生命周期内输电线路绝缘子串的风偏响应规律。In order to study the wind deflection response characteristics of transmission lines under downburst, a three-dimensional transient wind field model of downburst was established based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method. Meanwhile, the distribution characteristics of downburst wind profile were illustrated. By comparing the calculated results with the results by an empirical theoretical model, it is found that they are in good agreement. This also verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation method. On this basis, taking the four gear transmission line as an engineering background, the influences of the wind deflection angle of the insulator string and the central conductor wind deflection displacement of the span were studied from the following three aspects: changing the transmission line span and conductor tension, changing the relative position between storm center and transmission line, and changing the downburst jet inclination. The relationship between the maximum wind deflection of transmission line insulator string and the position of storm center was analyzed. Finally, the nonlinear time history analysis of the wind deflection response of transmission line was carried out according to the sequential processes of generation, subsidence, impact and diffusion of downburst. It reveals the wind deflection response characteristics of a transmission line insulator string in the life cycle of downburst.
