摘　　要：发挥民族人文优势是西北内陆区参与“一带一路”建设的重要依凭,意在通过民心相通搭建经贸合作桥梁。民族人文优势是“一带一路”软力量建设的重要构成。文章从国际吸引力、国际感召力和国内凝聚力的三重视角进行反思,民族共同发展、和谐共处、习俗共尊应是民族人文优势的内涵;理清民族人文优势既可以保障国际参与者的最大公约数,又可以在发展的进程中加强国内社会凝聚力;而发挥民族人文优势,将其转化为助力“一带一路”建设的软力量,就需要注重空间场域的差异、经济实力的依托与文创载体的多元。An important approachofthe provinces in northwest China to participate in the construction of"the Belt and Road"is to give full play to their ethnic humanistic advantages with theintention to achieve economic and trade cooperation through people-to-people communication.However,the provinces with the ethnic humanisticadvantages have encountered fierce competitionfrom international competitors.Ethnic humanistic advantages are important component of the soft power in the construction of"the Belt and Road".Reflecting from the three perspectives,namely international attraction,international appeal and domestic cohesiveness,it can be found that the common development,harmonious coexistence and mutual respect for each other's customs should be the connotation of ethnic humanistic advantages.Clarifying ethnic humanistic advantages can not only guarantee international participants to maximize their impact,but also strengthen domestic social cohesion in the process of development.In order to give full play to ethnichumanistic advantages and turn them into soft power to help the construction of"the Belt and Road",it is necessary to pay attention to the differences in spatial domain,the support of economic strength and the diversity of cultural and creative carriers.
