摘  要:铁路工程项目具有阶段性、系统性和时空复杂性等特点。自2017年中国国家铁路集团有限公司提出“智能铁路”的铁路信息化总体规划以来,BIM技术在铁路工程领域得到了广泛应用,并基于BIM正向设计技术创建大量铁路工程BIM模型。为充分发挥BIM模型在铁路工程全生命周期应用的价值,更好地开展铁路工程项目施工建造和运营维护,结合铁路工程建设管理需求,应用BIM+GIS技术,提出基于BIM技术结合国产SuperMap新一代三维GIS技术体系的铁路工程电子沙盘构建流程,通过集成建设项目进度、安全、质量、投资等多维管理数据,以宏观视角把控项目建设整体情况,实现工程项目的形象化管理和决策效率提升。As railway project is carried out by stages and to multiple systems,it is confronted with the difficult tasks of time management and the use of space.Since China State Railway Group Co Ltd,put forward the master plan of“intelligent railway”in 2017,BIM technology has been widely used in railway engineering,with it a large number of BIM railway models using forward design technologies.In line with the management requirements of railway engineering construction,the paper uses BIM technologies and China’s Supermap 3D GIS(3D GIS)and proposes the building approaches of railway electronic sand table,so as to give full play to BIM model’s advantages in the whole life cycle of railway engineering and better carry out the construction,operation and maintenance of railway engineering projects.The integration of multi-dimensional management data-construction progress,safety,quality and investment,the overall situation of project construction is controlled from a macro perspective,which imrpoves visual management and decision-making efficiency.
