摘  要:镍基高温合金具有良好的耐腐蚀、高强度和耐高温等优良性能,广泛应用于航空、航天工业领域中。针对镍基高温合金Inconel 718加工质量要求,根据不同切削参数,分别在雾化喷射切削液冷却加工方式和干式加工方式条件下进行了车削对比试验,并对加工振动、表面形貌、功耗、切屑形态、刀具磨损、刀具寿命和加工成本等重要性能指标进行了评估。结果表明,与干式加工技术相比,采用雾化喷射切削液技术能够获得良好的切削表面质量,且在加工成本方面具有一定的优势。Nickel base superalloy has good engineering properties such as corrosion resistance,high strength and high temperature resistance.It has important applications in the field of aviation and aerospace industry.According to the machining quality requirements of nickel base superalloy Inconel 718,the comparative turning tests were carried out under the conditions of atomized jet cutting fluid cooling and dry cooling according to different cutting parameters.Under the cooling conditions of the two machining methods,the important performance indexes such as machining vibration,surface morphology,power consumption,chip morphology,tool wear and life,machining cost and so on are evaluated.The results show that compared with dry machining technology,atomized jet cutting fluid technology can obtain good cutting surface quality and has certain advantages in machining cost.
