摘 要:某一体化结构件将传统的框、梁零件设计为一个整体,是当前飞机一体化设计趋势下诞生的新型结构,目前数控加工领域尚无该类型零件的加工经验。通过对某一体化结构件特征和关键技术的分析研究,指出了制约其加工制造的关键问题,通过角度头、加长刀柄等附件提高了数控加工过程中的刀具可达性;设计多工位基准传递和校验方法,提高了加工过程的稳定性,保证了零件的制造精度。最终实现的某一体化结构件的数控加工填补了相关领域的技术空白,为相似结构的数控加工制造提供参考。An integrated structural part is a new structure type under the trend of integral design of aircraft.It turns the frame and beam parts into a single part,but there is no machining experience of this type of parts in the field of NC machining.Through,the analysis of the characteristics of the integrated structural part and key technologies of its machining and manufacturing,the key problems is pointed out and the tool accessibility is improved in NC machining process through accessories such as angle head and lengthened tool handle.The datum transfer and calibration method is designed to improve the stability of machining process and ensure the manufacturing accuracy of parts.Through the research,the manufacturing of a certain aircraft integrated structure is realized,which fills the technical gap in related fields and lays the foundation for the future numerical control machining and manufacturing of similar structures.
