摘 要:针对目前滚刀加工工序分散、成本高及效率低等问题,提出了齿轮滚刀的车铣复合加工方法,设计了齿轮滚刀的车铣复合加工工艺方案,并通过UG8.5软件建立了MTA20立式车铣复合机床模型,利用VERICUT 9.0软件完成了滚刀车铣复合加工仿真,实现滚刀一次装夹即可完成多道加工工序,验证了滚刀车铣复合加工工艺的正确性和可行性,对滚刀车铣复合实际加工生产具有一定的指导意义。On the too many working procedures,high cost and low efficiency in the hob processing procedure,this paper puts forward the turning milling compound machining method of gear hob,and the gear hob turning milling compound machining process is designed.Through UG8.5 software,MTA20 turning milling complex vertical machine tool model is established.The hob turning milling compound machining simulation is completed by VERICUT 9.0 software.The hob once clamping completed multiple machining processes is realised,the correctness and feasibility of the hob turning and milling compound processing technology is verified.It has certain guiding significance for the practical production and processing of turning milling compound of hob.
