摘  要:为了解决增压联结管零件斜孔加工困难的问题,设计了一种专用钻床夹具。该夹具具有工作可靠、装夹效率高和易于操作维护等优点。结果表明:使用该专用夹具后零件的加工效率提高了34%,合格率提高了26%,刀具寿命提高了5倍,满足了该零件的生产需要,对同类零件专用夹具的设计也有一定的借鉴意义。In order to solve the difficult problem in machining the inclined holes of the pressurized coupling pipe parts,a special drilling fixture is designed for the pressurized coupling pipe parts.The fixture has the advantages of reliable operation,high clamping efficiency,and easy operation and maintenance,etc.The actual use shows that after using this special fixture,the processing efficiency of the parts is increased by 34%,the qualified rate is increased by 26%,the tool life is increased by 5 times,the production advantages are obvious,and the production needs of the parts are met.Design also has a certain enlightening effect on the design of special fixtures for similar parts.
