摘  要:采用PCB工艺制作的平面磁感应式角度传感器比传统光电编码器更耐冲击、振动,但目前该传感器采用的绝对位置编码方式为游标编码,在高精度传感单元中不易实现。高精度的传感单元极对数较多,致使游标编码的纠错范围较小,易出现角度跳变问题,所以对传感器的安装要求较高。针对上述问题,文中开展了基于M序列编码的平面磁感应式角度传感器的研究。该传感器的粗码道采用差分M序列编码方式,有效提升了传感器的绝对编码纠错范围。对样机实测表明,该传感器在宽松安装条件下可以实现可靠的绝对位置测量,测量精度在0°~360°范围内达到±10″。该编码方式不仅提升了传感器的纠错范围,也为平面磁感应式角度传感器的编码方式提供了一种新思路。The planar magnetic induction angle sensor made by PCB process is more resistant to impact and vibration than the traditional photoelectric encoder,but the absolute position coding method vernier coding is not easy to realize in the high-precision sensing unit.There are many pole pairs of high-precision sensing units,resulting in a small error correction range of cursor coding and easy angle jump,so there are high requirements for the installation of sensors.To solve the above problems,a planar magnetic induction angle sensor based on M-sequence coding is studied.The coarse code channel of the sensor adopts differential M-sequence coding,which effectively improves the absolute coding error correction range of the sensor.The actual measurement of the prototype shows that the sensor can realize reliable absolute position measurement under loose installation conditions,and the measurement accuracy reaches±10″in the range of 360°.This coding method not only improves the error correction range of the sensor,but also provides a new idea for the coding method of planar magnetic induction angle sensor.
