摘 要:在火电厂热力系统中,不同的疏水方式会对机组的热经济性产生不同的影响。与传统的疏水逐级自流相比,安装疏水泵与疏水冷却器的疏水方式会提高机组的热经济性。因此,提出一种在低压加热器疏水系统中安装疏水泵与疏水冷却器的改进方法。针对某国产600 MW机组,基于等效热降法建立了在低压加热器疏水系统中安装疏水泵与疏水冷却器的数学模型,提出并定量计算了几种改进方案的热经济性指标,确立了最优的改进方案。计算结果表明:经过该方案改进后,系统的热耗率与煤耗率均有所降低,机组的热经济性有所提高。Different drainage methods in the thermal system of thermal power plants have different effects on the thermal economy of the unit.Compared with the traditional drainage by gravity flow,the installation of drainage pump and drain cooler will improve the thermal economy of the unit.Therefore,an improved method for installing a drain pump and a drain cooler in the drain system of a low-pressure heater is proposed.On account of a domestically produced 600MW unit,a mathematical model for installing a drain pump and a drain cooler in the drain system of a low-pressure heater is established based on the equivalent heat drop method.The thermal economic indicators of several improvement schemes are proposed and quantitatively calculated,thereby the best improvement plan is established.The calculation results show that after the improvement of the scheme,the heat consumption rate and coal consumption rate of the system have been reduced,and the thermal economy has been improved to a certain extent.
