摘  要:为测试池塘内循环水养殖模式运行效果,在水温22.0±0.5℃,单个养殖水体7.5m^(3),水体交换速度3.75m^(3)/hrs的条件下,通过设置松浦镜鲤(Songpu mirror carp)养殖密度19kg/m^(3)、32kg/m^(3)、46kg/m^(3)、60kg/m^(3),分析了空腹、饱食状态下增氧、加水对养殖水体的溶氧变化的影响。结果显示,松浦镜鲤空腹状态下不增氧不加水养殖密度60kg/m^(3)持续30mins时溶氧低至1.44mg/L;空腹状态下增氧不加水持续60mins时各密度组溶解氧均大于5mg/L;饱食状态下增氧不加水时,60kg/m^(3)养殖密度组投喂后60mins溶解氧下降为3.38mg/L;饱食状态下增氧加水时各养殖密度组养殖水体的溶氧均大于5mg/L。结果表明,增氧对提高循环水平台养殖密度起到关键性作用,高养殖密度在投喂时应关注水体溶氧变化。To test the operation effect of circulating aquaculture mode in the pond,under the conditions of water temperature 22.0±0.5℃,single aquaculture water body 7.5m^(3),and water exchange rate 3.75m^(3)/hrs,By setting the breeding densities of Songpu mirror carp(19kg/m^(3),32kg/m^(3),46kg/m^(3) and 60kg/m^(3)),the effects of oxygenation and water addition on the changes of dissolved oxygen in aquaculture water under fasting and satiation conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the dissolved oxygen of Songpu mirror carp was as low as 1.44mg/L when the culture density was 60kg/m^(3) for 30 minutes without adding oxygen.The dissolved oxygen of each density group was greater than 5mg/L when oxygenation was continued for 60mins without water in fasting state.Under the condition of satiety,the dissolved oxygen of 60mins decreased to 3.38mg/L after feeding in 60kg/m^(3) culture density group.Under the condition of satiety,the dissolved oxygen of aquaculture water in each culture density group was greater than 5mg/L.The results showed that oxygenation played a key role in increasing the culture density of circulating horizontal platform,and the change of dissolved oxygen in water should be paid attention to when feeding at high culture density.
