摘 要:该试验以鳜(Serranidae chuatsi)为研究对象,研究饵料不同的蛋白水平对其生长性能的影响,并确定养殖鳜最适合的饵料蛋白水平。试验选择1000尾体重相近、无病而且规格相近的鳜,按照单因子试验设计分为5组,每组200尾。各组鳜投喂蛋白水平34.48%、36.5%、38.56%、40.49%、42.52%的饲料,饲养30d。试验结束检测各组鳜的生长性能数据。结果表明,蛋白水平为38.56%、40.49%时鳜的试验末重显著高于34.48%和36.5%(P<0.05),且36.5%组末重显著高于34.48%(P<0.05);蛋白水平为38.56%、40.49%时鳜的特定生长率显著高于34.48%和36.5%(P<0.05);蛋白水平为40.49%时鳜的饵料系数显著低于34.48%和36.5%组(P<0.05);蛋白水平为40.49%时鳜的肝体比显著高于其他蛋白水平组(P<0.05),且36.5%、38.56%和42.52%蛋白水平组显著高于34.48%蛋白水平组(P<0.05)。研究表明,当鳜饵料蛋白水平为38.56%和40.49%时,鳜的试验末重、特定生长率、肝体比、饵料系数数值优于其他蛋白水平。In this study,Serranidae chuatsi was selected as the research object to study the effect of different protein levels of the diet on the growth performance of Serranidae chuatsi,and to determine the most suitable diet protein level for Serranidae chuatsi.A total of 1000 Serranidae chuatsi with similar body weight and similar disease-free specifications were selected and divided into 5 groups according to the single-factor experimental design,with 200 fish in each group.Groups of Serranidae chuatsi were fed diets with protein levels of 34.48%,36.5%,38.56%,40.49% and 42.52% for 30 days.At the end of the experiment,the growth performance data of Serranidae chuatsi in each group were detected.The results showed that the final weight of Serranidae chuatsi was significantly higher when the protein level was 38.56% and 40.49% than 34.48% and 36.5%(P<0.05),and the final weight of 36.5% group was significantly higher than that of 34.48%(P<0.05);the specific growth rate of Serranidae chuatsi at the protein level of 38.56% and 40.49% was significantly higher than that of 34.48% and 36.5%(P<0.05);the feed coefficient of Serranidae chuatsi with 40.49% protein level is significantly lower than that of 34.48% and 36.5% groups(P<0.05);the hepatosomatic ratio of Serranidae chuatsi with 40.49% protein level was significantly higher than that of other protein level groups(P<0.05),and 36.5%,38.56% and 42.52% protein level groups were significantly higher than 34.48% protein level group(P<0.05).The studies show that when the protein level of Serranidae chuatsi is 38.56% and 40.49%,the experimental final weight,specific growth rate,liver-body ratio and feed coefficient of Serranidae chuatsi are better than other protein levels.
