摘　　要：根据美洲帘蛤(Mercenaria mercenaria)在自然海区中的生长繁殖习性,分批次开展人工育苗试验。选择贝龄3龄以上,体质健壮的美洲帘蛤作为亲贝,共催产亲贝435kg,培育出平均壳长1332.13μm的美洲帘蛤稚贝4.15×108粒,育苗成活率为31.6%。In accordance with the Mercenaria mercenaria's growth and reproduction habits in the natural sea,the experiment of artificial breeding was carried out in batches.A total of 435kg of larvaewere produced,4.15×108 larvae with an average shell length of 1332.13μm were bred.The survival rate of seedlings was 31.6%.
