摘  要:针对贫煤锅炉在运行过程中出现的局部水冷壁管屏磨损问题,本文采用数值模拟方法分析并寻找到问题产生的原因:由于点火燃烧的着火和燃尽特性较差,煤粉燃尽距离延长,大量携带有较多固体颗粒的烟气直接冲刷吹水冷壁管屏。数值模拟方法为解决磨损问题指明了改造方向。Aiming at the wear problem of local water-wall panel in the operation of lean coal boiler, this paper uses numerical simulation method to analyze and find the causes of the problem: due to the poor ignition and burnout characteristics of ignition combustion, the burnout distance of pulverized coal is extended, and a large number of flue gas carrying more solid particles directly scour the water-wall panel.The numerical simulation method points out the transformation direction for solving the wear problem.
