摘　　要：目的:分析评价某医院开展老年性白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术日间手术的效果,为日间手术的推广提供依据。方法:在某院病案管理系统中调取2021年的老年性白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的住院病案首页数据,运用SPSS 25.0软件对日间手术组和一般手术组的治疗转归、住院天数、住院费用进行统计学分析。结果:日间手术组的治愈好转率为95.45%,一般手术组为89.87%;日间手术组的平均住院天数为1.84天、标准差0.6天,一般手术组为3.62天、标准差1.35天;日间手术组平均住院总费用5178元、标准差1327元,一般手术组为5630元、标准差1320元;且以上差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年性白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术日间手术有治疗转归好、住院时间短、住院费用低的优点,值得大力推广和尝试多学科应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in day surgery for senile cata⁃ract in a certain hospital,provide data basis for the promotion of day surgery.Methods:The first page data of inpatient medical records of senile cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in 2021 were collected from the medical record management system of a certainhospital,SPSS25.0 software was used to statistically analyze the treatment outcome,hospitalization day and hospital⁃ization cost between the day surgery group and the general surgery group.Results:The cure rate of day surgery group was 95.45%,and that of general surgery group was 89.87%;the average hospitalization day was 1.84 with standard deviation 0.6 in the day surgery group and 3.62 with standard deviation 1.35 in the general surgery group.The average total hospitalization cost was 5,178 with standard devia⁃tion 1,327 in the day surgery group and 5,630 with standard deviation 1,320 in the general surgery group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Day surgery for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in senile cata⁃ract has the advantages of good treatment outcome,short hospitalization time and low hospitalization cost,it is worth popularizing and trying multidisciplinary application.
