摘  要:“高比例可再生能源”和“高比例电力电子设备”的“双高”电力系统日趋形成,频率响应的精准预测和安全控制面临更大挑战。首先详细论述了传统电力系统频率响应模型的构建和使用方法,包括时域仿真法、单机等值法、线性分析法、基于人工智能技术的频率预测方法。其次,阐述了基于广域测量系统的电力系统动态频率时空分布模型和惯量评估特点。然后,分析了基于频率模型的新能源控制和低频减载优化方法。最后,展望了电力系统频率响应建模与预测方面亟须解决的主要问题。The power system with high proportion of renewable energy and high proportion of power electronic equipment(namely, “double high” power system) is gradually establishing, and the accurate prediction and safe control of grid frequency response are facing greater challenges. This paper firstly presents the establishment and application methods of grid frequency response model in details, including time-domain simulation method, linear analysis method, single-machine equivalent method and artificial intelligence-based frequency prediction method. Then, the temporal and spatial distribution model of power system dynamic frequency based on wide-area measurement system and inertia assessment characteristics are discussed. In addition, the optimization of renewable energy control and under-frequency load shedding schemes based on frequency model are analyzed. Lastly, the main issues to be solved in frequency response model and prediction of new power system are prospected.
