摘  要:利用空间分辨率0.05 m无人机遥感结合地理信息系统,通过机器学习、人工目视判读、人工地面核查相结合的方法提取试验区内的变色、枯死松树感病类型和地理信息,并对昆嵛山试验区的变色、枯死松树进行影像分析。结果表明,从7月到10月,松材线虫病新型药剂施药区相对未增加新感染松材线虫病树。空白对照区平均每667m2增加了1.28株新感病树。从不同感病类型的松树分布看,10月份施药区新增感病松树基本位于施药区与其他区域交界处。无人机遥感对枯死松树判读的准确率为93.3%。应用无人机遥感结合人工地面核查,可以实现松材线虫病药剂防治后的阶段性效果评估,为松材线虫病防治项目的效果检查与评估提供理论和实践参考。UAV remote sensing of 0.05 m spatial resolution was used in?this?paper,combined with geographic information system,the types of infected tree and geographic information of discolored and dead pine trees in the experimental area were extracted by combining machine learning,artificial visual interpretation and artificial ground verification,the image analysis of discolored and dead pine trees was carried out in Kunyushan experimental area,the results show that there is not relatively new infected trees in the area of spraying new type pollution-free pesticide against pine wilt disease from July to October.The average number of newly infected trees increased by 1.28 per mu in the blank control area.From the distribution of different types of discolored and dead pine trees,the new infected pine trees in October were basically located at the junction of the spraying area and other areas.The accuracy of UAV remote sensing is 93.3%.The application of UAV remote sensing combined with artificial ground verification can realize the phased effect evaluation of pine wilt disease control,and provide theoretical and practical reference for the effect inspection and evaluation of pine wilt disease control project.
