摘  要:选择鲁中山区华山林场不同林分密度的侧柏纯林和侧柏-黑松混交林为研究对象,对其土壤养分指标和微生物生物量指标特征进行分析。结果表明:1)华山林场典型林分土壤养分和微生物生物量氮为强变异,土壤pH值呈酸性。2)相同林分类型中土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷含量均随着林分密度的升高而降低,且侧柏纯林的土壤养分含量明显高于侧柏-黑松混交林。3)侧柏纯林中,林分密度1950株/hm^(2)的土壤微生物生物量碳含量为3000株/hm^(2)的1.15倍,土壤微生物生物量氮含量为3000株/hm^(2)的85.99%。4)土壤微生物生物量碳含量与全氮、碱解氮呈极显著正相关,与有机质、有效磷呈显著正相关,可作为评价土壤养分情况的指标;土壤有效磷含量,可直接影响土壤微生物生物量碳、全氮、碱解氮含量及pH值,间接影响土壤有机质、土壤微生物生物量氮含量,说明研究区域内土壤磷转化与氮素循环、有机质代谢关系密切。Taking the typical pure forest of Platycladus orientalis and Pinus thunbergii Parl-Platycladus orientalis mixed forest in Huashan forest farm in central mountainous area of Shandong province as the research objects,the characteristics of soil nutrients index and microbial biomasses index were analyzed.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of soil nutrients and microbial biomasses nitrogen intensity showing strong variability,the soil pH value was acidic.In the same stand type,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen and available phosphorus decreased with the increase of stand density,and the soil nutrient content of Platycladus orientalis pure forest was significantly higher than that of Pinus thunbergii Parl-Platycladus orientalis mixed forest.In the pure Platycladus orientalis forest,the soil microbial biomass carbon content of 1950 plants/hm^(2) was 1.15 times of 3000 plants/hm^(2),and the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content was 85.99%of 3000 plants/hm^(2).Soil microbial biomass carbon content was extremely significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,and positively correlated with organic matter and available phosphorus,which could be used as an index to evaluate soil nutrient status.Soil available phosphorus content can directly affect soil microbial biomass carbon,total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen content and pH value,and indirectly affect soil organic matter and soil microbial biomass nitrogen content,which indicates that phosphorus transformation is closely related to nitrogen cycle and organic matter metabolism in the study area.
