膝关节骨关节炎中西医结合阶梯化治疗策略初探

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎临床症状多变,目前临床缺乏行之有效的中西医结合治疗指南。通过查阅文献及总结临床经验,结合目前国内外膝关节骨关节炎治疗中医、西医指南,确定根据患者不同疾病分期实施不同治疗方案的膝关节骨关节炎中西医结合阶梯化治疗策略。确定初期采用西医基础治疗联合中医传统治疗、中期采用膝关节镜/针刀镜微创联合截骨术结合中医传统治疗、晚期采用人工膝关节置换术结合中医传统治疗的阶梯化治疗方案,为临床治疗膝关节骨关节炎提供参考。The clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis are various,and there is not an effective treatment guideline of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for its treatment at present.By reviewing literature and summarizing clinical experience,combined with the current guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis at home and abroad,we put forward a stepwise treatment strategy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine according to the different disease stages.That is,it is treated with the basic western medicine in combination with traditional Chinese medicine in the initial stage,with minimally invasive surgeries of knee arthroscope/akupotomye combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the middle stage,and with artificial knee replacements combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the late stage.It is expected that the study may provide a reference for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
