摘　　要：宫晓燕认为久咳的病机多涉及“风”“虚”“痰瘀”等方面,治疗首推祛风宣肺、熄风解痉、温肺化痰。因其与喘病的病机及治则多有相似,故提出“久咳从喘治”,理法方药,辨证思用。Professor Gong Xiaoyan believes that the pathogenesis of a chronic cough mostly involves"wind","deficiency","phlegm stasis"and other factors,and the top priority for its treatment is dispelling wind and ventilating lung qi,relieving spasm by calming endogenous wind,warming the lung and resolving phlegm.As it is similar to asthma in pathogenesis and treatment principles,she proposes to"treat a chronic cough from asthma",manipulating sensible principles,methods,recipes and medicines on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
