固冲止血汤对青春期异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜厚度及凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨固冲止血汤对青春期异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜厚度及凝血指标的影响。方法按照随机数表法将92例青春期异常子宫出血患者分成对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用达英-35治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予固冲止血汤治疗,2组均治疗20 d。观察2组治疗前后出血控制情况、月经周期、月经量、子宫内膜厚度、凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),比较2组治疗总有效率及安全性。结果观察组治疗后控制出血时间、完全止血时间、月经周期、月经量、宫内膜厚度、PT和APTT指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组快速控制出血率和快速完全止血率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(91.30%,42/46)高于对照组(71.74%,33/46)(P<0.05);2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论固冲止血汤可调节青春期异常子宫出血患者月经紊乱状态,改善凝血功能指标,能够快速控制出血,疗效确切,且无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the effects of Guchong Zhixue Decoction on the endometrial thickness and coagulation indexes in patients with adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 92 patients with adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35,while the observation group was treated with Guchong Zhixue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated after 20 days of treatment.The bleeding control,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,indexes of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rate and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,indexes of PT and APTT in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the rate of rapid control of bleeding and the rate of rapid complete hemostasis in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(91.30%,42/46)was higher than that of the control group(71.74%,33/46)(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Guchong Zhixue Decoction can regulate the menstrual disorder of patients with adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding,improve the indexes of coagulation function,and quickly control bleeding,which has a definite curative effect yet no obvious adverse reactions.
