清热利湿解毒法治疗湿热内蕴证带状疱疹

摘　　要：目的观察清热利湿解毒法治疗湿热内蕴证带状疱疹患者的疗效。方法选择湿热内蕴证带状疱疹患者64例,根据随机数表法分为阿昔洛韦治疗的对照组和清热利湿解毒法联合阿昔洛韦治疗的观察组,各32例。2组均治疗2周。统计2组治疗2周后临床疗效与治疗期间临床症状改善情况,比较2组治疗前和治疗2周后血清神经肽、炎性因子水平与免疫功能。结果治疗2周后,对照组总有效率(68.75%,22/32)低于观察组(90.63%,29/32)(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组临床症状改善时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,2组血清P物质(SP)、炎性因子水平及外周血CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平及外周血CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿解毒法治疗湿热内蕴证带状疱疹,可有效改善患者临床症状、免疫功能与神经肽水平,降低机体炎症反应,治疗效果较好。Objective To observe the curative effect of the method of clearing heat,promoting diuresis,and removing toxicity in the treatment of herpes zoster with the syndrome of internal retention of damp-heat.Methods Sixty-four herpes zoster patients with the syndrome of internal retention of damp-heat were selected as the subjects of the study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir,while the observation group was additionally treated with the method of clearing heat,promoting diuresis,and removing toxicity,both for two weeks.Their clinical efficacy after treatment and improvement of clinical symptoms during treatment were counted,and the levels of serum neuropeptide,inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group(68.75%,22/32)was lower than that of the observation group(90.63%,29/32)(P<0.05).During the treatment,the time for the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum substance P(SP),inflammatory factors and peripheral blood CD8^(+)were lower in the two groups than before treatment,and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum β-endorphin(β-EP)and peripheral blood CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) were higher in the two groups than before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of herpes zoster with the syndrome of internal retention of damp-heat,the method of clearing heat,promoting diuresis,and removing toxicity can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,immune function and the level of neuropeptide,and reduce the inflammatory responses of the body,achieving a better therapeutic effect.
