摘　　要：针药联合辅治反复种植失败的辨治思路:孕前“未病先防”,针药联合,以补肾健脾、疏肝养血、调理冲任为主,同时辨病与辨证相结合;孕后补肾固胎,益气摄胎,治病与安胎并举。同时嘱患者调畅情志,将中医治未病思想贯穿于反复种植失败的防治始终。This paper introduces the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment of repeated implantation failures assisted by the combination of acupuncture and medicine.Before pregnancy,the combination of acupuncture and medicine is applied to prevent an implantation failure by tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen,dispersing stagnated liver qi and nourishing blood,and coordinating Chong and Conception vessels,while pairing a disease differentiation with a syndrome differentiation.After pregnancy,the combination of acupuncture and medicine is applied to tonify the kidney for preventing a miscarriage and to benefit qi for consolidating a fetus,treating diseases and preventing a miscarriage simultaneously.At the same time,patients are asked to adjust their moods.In this practice,the idea of preventive treatment of diseases is used throughout the prevention and treatment of RIF.
