化痰法在肺癌治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：肺癌作为全球病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,治疗上存在诸多难点有待突破。手术、放疗、化疗、靶向和免疫疗法是目前主流治疗方式,但对于免疫力低下、不良反应明显或是不耐手术的病人效果甚微。中医药作为我国具有独特优势的医疗体系,已成为肺癌辅助治疗不可或缺的重要部分。肺癌的发生发展甚至转移均与“痰”密切相关,化痰法是中医临床治疗中的基本治法之一,在肺癌治疗上具有一定的特色,通过与益气、清热、健脾、逐瘀、扶正等方法相结合,攻补兼施,标本同治,可对控制或延缓肺癌的发生发展甚至转移起到积极作用。Lung cancer,a malignant tumor with the highest mortality in the world,has many difficulties to be broken through in its treatment.Though some mainstream treatment methods are available for it at present,such as surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy,they are hardly effective for patients with a low immunity,obvious adverse reactions or those who are not resistant to surgeries.As a medical system with unique advantages,Chinese medicine has become an indispensable part of the adjuvant treatment of lung cancer.The occurrence,development and even metastasis of lung cancer are closely related to"phlegm",hence the phlegm resolving therapy is one of the basic therapeutic methods in its clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.Bearing certain characteristics of reinforcing the body and eliminating pathogenic factors in combination,treating both manifestations and the root cause,the method can play a positive role in controlling or delaying the occurrence,development and even metastasis of lung cancer by joining hands with the methods of benefiting qi,clearing heat,invigorating spleen,dispelling blood stasis and strengthening the body,etc.
