摘  要:受天然气气价、发电成本等因素影响,目前我国多数燃气发电机组长期运行于部分负荷工况,普遍存在运行效率降低、高品位能源浪费等问题。针对机组安全性和经济性方面存在的问题,提出利用低品位废热对燃气轮机进气过滤器前空气进行加热的提效技术。采用共同工作线方法对变工况下7个进气温度点的压气机和透平特性开展机理研究,通过联合循环系统仿真和试验相结合的方法评估燃气轮机部分负荷工况下的进气加热提效能力。研究结果显示:进气温度对燃气轮机压气机和透平效率有显著影响;进气加热的提效效果与联合循环负荷率密切相关,投用进气加热系统后,联合循环效率的提升效果随着负荷的增加而减弱。根据机组负荷情况合理调节燃气轮机进气温度可有效改善联合循环性能指标,且该进气加热技术对燃气发电机组具有普遍的适用性。Affected by factors such as natural gas price and power generation cost,most gas-fired generator sets in China currently run in part load conditions for a long time,and there are widespread problems such as reduced operation efficiency and high-grade energy wastes.Aiming at the dilemma faced by the safety and economy of the unit,an efficiency-enhancing technology that uses low-grade waste heat to heat the air in front of the gas turbine intake filter is proposed.The co-working line method is used to study the mechanism of the compressor and turbine characteristics at seven intake temperature points under variable operating conditions,and the combined cycle system simulation and test method are used to study the efficiency improvement performance of intake air heating under part load of the gas turbine.The research results show that the intake air temperature has a significant effect on gas turbine compressor and turbine efficiency,and the efficiency improvement effect of intake air heating is closely related to the combined cycle load rate.The improvement effect of combined cycle efficiency after the intake air heating system is put into use weakens with the increase of load.The paper points out that it is able to effectively improve the combined cycle performance indicators by reasonable adjustment of the gas turbine intake temperature according to the unit load and this technology has universal applicability to the gas turbine units.
