摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,疫情防控与患者就医需求之间的各种矛盾凸显。文章主要从疫情期间门诊患者就医中遇到的主要问题出发,分别从社区层面、医院层面对问题发生的原因进行分析与探讨,并提出多部门加强协同、抓主要矛盾、灵活性和原则性相统一等建议。After the outbreak of novel coronavirus infection,various contradictions between epidemic prevention and control and patients'medical needs have become prominent.Based on the main problems encountered by outpatients in medical treatment during the epidemic period,this paper conducted analysis and discussion on the causes of the problems from the community level and the hospital level,and put forward suggestions such as strengthening coordination among multiple departments,grasping the main contradictions,unifying flexibility and principle,etc.
