摘  要:在中国共产党的早期发展中,开办工人学校是党壮大工运事业的关键方式之一。大革命时期,中华全国总工会创造性地开办了一所新型工人学校——广州劳动学院。省港大罢工期间中华全国总工会省港罢工委员会发行的报纸《工人之路(特号)》,全面刊载了劳动学院的办学始末。本研究在此资料基础上,对劳动学院的组织运作特点进行了深入探讨。研究认为,该校以训育工人运动高级人才为目的,有着强烈的“领袖”培养意识。在早期共产党人的指导下,劳动学院的教学内容始终保持着较高的理论水准,并形成了以俱乐部、学生会为代表的实践特色。劳动学院引领了工人教育的发展,其蕴含的革命教育理念,是工人学校进一步走向成熟的标志。In the early development of the Communist Party of China,the establishment of workers'schools was one of the key ways for the Party to strengthen the cause of workers'movement.In the period of the great revolution,the All-China Federation of Trade Unions creatively opened a new type of worker school——the Guangzhou Institute of Labor.The newspaper——Road of the Worker(Special Issue),discovered by the organs of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions'Provincial Port Strike Committee during the strike,comprehensively published the beginning and end of the labor institute.Based on these events,this study focused on an in-depth exploration of organizational characteristics of the labor institute.The study found that the institute has a strong sense of"leader"development with the aim of training senior talents in the workers'movement.Under the guidance of the early Communists,the teaching content of the labor institute has always maintained a high theoretical level and formed the practical characteristics represented by clubs and student associations.The labor institute has led development of the workers'education,and the revolutionary philosophy of education it implies is a sign of further maturity of the workers'schools.
