摘　　要：目的建立HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定朱日亨滴丸(广枣、红花、栀子等)醇提液中没食子酸、羟基红花黄色素A、槲皮素、鞣花酸、西红花苷Ⅰ、山柰酚、栀子苷的含量。方法该药物的分析采用Shim-pack GIST-HP C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.25 mL/min;柱温35℃。采用电喷雾(ESI)离子源,在负离子模式下采集数据。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9993),平均加样回收率95.85%~104.20%,RSD 2.55%~5.90%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、高效,可用于朱日亨滴丸的质量控制。AIM To establish a qunatitative analysis of multi-components by HPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of gallic acid,hydroxysafflor yellow A,quercetin,ellagic acid,crocetin I,kaempferol,geniposide in the ethanol extract of Zhuriheng Dropping Pills(Choerospondiatis Fructus,Carthami Flos,Gardeniae Fructus,etc.).METHODS The analysis of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Shim-pack GIST-HP C_(18) columm(2.1 mm×100 mm,3μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%acetic acid flowing at 0.25 mL/min in a gradient elution manner.Data were collected using an electrospray(ESI)ion source in negative ion mode.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9993),whose average recoveries were 95.85%-104.20%with the RSDs of 2.55%-5.90%.CONCLUSION This simple,sensitive and efficient method can be used for the quality control of Zhuriheng Dropping Pills.
