摘  要:目的采用^(18)F-FDG MicroPET技术评价桂枝茯苓胶囊对大鼠盆腔炎的抗炎作用。方法SD大鼠按体质量随机分为假手术组、模型组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组(0.558 g/kg)和妇科千金片组(1.525 g/kg),除假手术组外,其余组子宫注入15%苯酚胶浆建立盆腔炎模型,4周后灌胃给予相应药物。大鼠注射^(18)F-FDG示踪剂1 h后,检测血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平,利用γ计数仪检测两侧子宫内γ计数,并利用磷屏成像系统进行放射自显影。子宫解剖后进行MicroPET显像,计算子宫内放射性物质摄取值,并检测子宫组织病理变化。结果给药28 d后,与模型组比较,桂枝茯苓胶囊组和妇科千金片组大鼠子宫组织病理评分、血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平、子宫显影摄取相对值、γ计数值、放射性摄取值均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊对大鼠盆腔炎具有改善作用,^(18)F-FDG MicroPET技术可用于检测和评估慢性盆腔炎症。AIM To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules on pelvic inflammatory disease in rats using ^(18)F-FDG MicroPET imaging system.METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,Guizhi Fuling Capsules group(0.558 g/kg)and Fuke Qianjin Tablets group(1.525 g/kg)according to their body weight.All rats,except those of the sham operation group,went on with gavage administration of corresponding drugs following establishment of pelvic inflammatory disease models by four-week injection of 15%phenol mucilage into the uterus.One hour after injection of ^(18)F-FDG tracer,the rats had their levels of serum IL-1βand TNF-αdetected;their bilateralγcounts in uterus detected byγcounter;and their uterine autoradiography using phosphorus screen imaging system.After uterus dissection,the rats were subjected to the calculation of the uterus uptake value of radioactivity and determination of pathological changes of uterine tissues using MicroPET imaging system.RESULTS After 28 days of drug administration,both Guizhi Fuling Capsules group and Fuke Qianjin Tablets group,shared decreases in pathological scores of uterine tissues,serum IL-1βand TNF-αlevels,relative uptake values of uterine imaging,γcount value,and radioactive uptake value(P<0.05,P<0.01),when compared with the model group.CONCLUSION Guizhi Fuling Capsules can improve rats’pelvic inflammatory disease which can be fully detected and assessed using ^(18)F-FDG MicroPET imaging system.
