乌梅丸联合美沙拉嗪对寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察乌梅丸联合美沙拉嗪对寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法94例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例,对照组采用美沙拉嗪,观察组在对照组基础上加用乌梅丸,疗程7 d。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、内镜表现评分、氧化应激指标(MDA、LPO、SOD)、炎性因子(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)、Baron评分、改良Mayo疾病活动性评分、MMP-2、MMP-9、TMAO、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、内镜表现评分、MDA、LPO、Baron评分、改良Mayo疾病活动性评分、MMP-2、MMP-9、TMAO、CD4^(+)降低(P<0.05),SOD、CD8^(+)升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论乌梅丸联合美沙拉嗪可安全有效地改善寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者炎症反应和临床症状。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Wumei Pills combined with mesalazine on patients with ulcerative colitis of Mixed Coldness and Heat Pattern.METHODS Ninety-four patients were randomly assigned into control group(47 cases)for 7-day administration of mesalazine,and observation group(47 cases)for 7-day administration of both Wumei Pills and mesalazine.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,endoscopic performance scores,oxidative stress indices(MDA,LPO,SOD),inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α),Baron score,modified Mayo disease activity score,MMP-2,MMP-9,TMAO,CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05),along with lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,endoscopic performance scores,MDA,LPO,Baron score,modified Mayo disease activity score,MMP-2,MMP-9,TMAO,CD4^(+)(P<0.05),and increased SOD,CD8^(+)(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with ulcerative colitis of Mixed Coldness and Heat Pattern,Wumei Pills combined with mesalazine can safely and effectively improve inflammatory responses and clinical symptoms.
