摘  要:目的 通过比较不同年限干蟾中蟾毒配基类成分含量,研究其动态变化规律。方法 对干蟾性状进行归纳总结,HPLC法测定不同年限干蟾样品中华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基、蟾毒灵、蟾毒它灵的含量。结果 干蟾随年限增加,颜色加深,体型变大,质量增加,痱磊变充盈,4种蟾毒配基类成分在3年生干蟾样品中含量最高,分别为华蟾酥毒基0.174 mg/g、脂蟾毒配基0.104 mg/g、蟾毒灵0.395 mg/g、蟾毒它灵0.278 mg/g, 4种成分含量在不同年限的干蟾中比例无差异。结论 蟾蜍经刮浆处理后,4种蟾毒配基类成分含量为3年生>5年生>8年生>10年生,综合考虑市场供需、蟾酥采收、成分含量、规格、加工方式等因素,干蟾适宜的采收期为8~10年。AIM To investigate the rules of dynamic content changes of bufogenin constituents in Bufo Siccus of different years through quantitative determination.METHODS After the genereal description of Bufo Siccus traits, the quantitative determination of cinobufagin, resibufogenin, bufalin and bufotalin in Bufo Siccus of different years were achieved by HPLC.RESULTS As years grew, Bufo Siccus found its darker-colored skin, increased body size and mass, and engorged sebaceous glands. The 3-year-old Bufo Siccus was observed with the most abundant quantity of the four bufogenin constituents, of which 0.174 mg/g cinobufagin, 0.104 mg/g resibufogenin, 0.395 mg/g bufalin and 0.278 mg/g bufotalin were detected. The storage year differences produced no significant discrepancies in the proportions of the four components in Bufo Siccus.CONCLUSION After the sebaceous secretion removal, Bufo Siccus has its quantity of four bufogenin constituents decreasing in the following order of 3-year-old ones, 5-year-old ones, 8-year-old ones, and 10-year-old ones. When we take them into consideration, the balance between the market supply and demand, the impact of the harvest time, specifications, processing method and other influencing factors onto the ingredients content variations, 8-10 years Bufo Siccus should be ideally harvested.
