摘  要:针对传统永磁同步电机输出端口单一的问题,提出一种多端口空间永磁同步电机,该电机结合了盘式电机与永磁行星齿轮传动的优点,具有多端口输出以及直接驱动的特点。分析电机的结构特点和工作原理,应用积分的思想将三维空间磁路进行划分并展开得到二维磁路,简化了磁路模型。分析其行星轮转子在不同相对位置时的磁力线分布,将磁路分段并建立其等效磁导模型,进一步建立电机的静态等效磁路模型和电周期内行星轮转子在不同位置时的等效磁路模型。对多端口电机的气隙磁密、磁链、空载相反电动势和齿槽转矩进行解析求解验证磁路模型的有效性。通过与有限元仿真结果对比分析,验证了等效磁路模型的正确性。为分析盘式定子特殊结构引起的端部效应,将电机与无端部永磁同步电机进行对比分析,解释了电机磁路结构的特殊性。Aiming at the problem of single output port of traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor,a multiport space permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed.It combines the advantages of disk motor and permanent magnet planetary gear transmission,and has the characteristics of multiport output and direct drive.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the motor,the three-dimension magnetic circuit was divided by the idea of integral and expanded to get two-dimension magnetic circuit,which simplifies the magnetic circuit model.By analyzing the distribution of magnetic field at different positions of the planetary wheel rotor,the magnetic circuit was divided into sections to establish its magnetic conductivity model.The static equivalent magnetic circuit model of the motor and the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the planetary wheel rotor at different positions in the electrical period are further established.In order to verify effectiveness of the magnetic circuit model,the airgap flux density,flux linkage,no-load back electromotive force and cogging torque of the multiport motor were analyzed.The validity of the equivalent magnetic circuit model is verified by comparing with the finite element simulation results.In order to analyze the end effect caused by the special structure of the disk-type stator,the special magnetic circuit structure of the motor was explained by comparing the motor with the permanent magnet synchronous motor without end.
