摘  要:建筑材料的不燃性检测对建筑火灾安全具有很高的重要性,为提高建筑材料不燃性试验结果的准确性,首先梳理建筑材料不燃性试验流程和关键步骤,分析存在问题的不燃性试验炉出现检测错误的原因,并对比错误的岩棉不燃性试验炉温曲线和典型正确的岩棉不燃性试验炉温曲线的区别。而后通过对3种典型的不燃性建筑材料开展多次试验,试验得出3种典型建筑材料不燃性试验炉温曲线,有助于理解不燃性试验的过程和炉温变化原理,总结正确的炉温变化范围。结果表明:存在问题的不燃性试验设备最常见错误是在试样试验阶段采用自动恒温控制,这会导致不燃性试验的温升和试样质量损失都偏小。The non-combustibility test of building materials is very important to the building fire safety.In order to improve the accuracy of the non-combustibility test results of building materials,the non-combustibility test process and key steps of building materials was sorted out,and the causes of test errors in the problematic non-combustibility test furnace was analyzed,and the difference between the wrong temperature curve and the typical correct temperature curve of the rock wool non-combustibility test furnace was compared.The furnace temperature curve of three typical building materials was obtained through several tests of three typical building materials.This is helpful to understand the process of non-combustibility test and the principle of furnace temperature change,and summarize the correct range of furnace temperature change.The research results show that the most common error of the non-combustibility test equipment of building materials is the use of automatic thermostatic control in the sample test stage,which will lead to smaller temperature rise and mass loss in the non-combustibility test.
