摘  要:充填接顶是充填采矿工艺的关键技术,尤其是二步骤回采的充填采矿法,一步骤充填接顶效果直接影响着二步骤回采矿房安全。本文在分析紫金山深部铜矿充填不能接顶原因的基础上,提出了基于采空区三维扫描的多点多次下料充填技术和浮筒架设充填管道充填接顶技术。现场试验表明,基于采空区三维扫描的多点多次下料充填技术充填接顶率可达75%以上,基于采空区三维扫描的浮筒架设充填管道充填接顶技术接顶率达到60%以上,充填接顶效果明显。Roof-contact is the key technology in backfilling mining process,Especially for two-step backfill mining methods,the effect of one-step filling and roof-contact results affects the safety of the two-step mining stope directly.Based on the analysis of the reason why the filling cannot be connected to the roof in Zijinshan Deep Copper Mine as well as the application of goaf 3D scanning technology,this article propose a multi-point and multiple times filling methods and another roof-contact filling way with the use of filling pipe which supported by the erecting buoys.Field tests have shown that the ratio of backfilling body height to mining height of the multi-point multiple times filling technology based on the goaf 3D scanning can reach more than 75%,and the backfilling roof-contact technology with the use of the erecting buoys based on the 3D scanning of the goaf can reach 60%,the results of roof-contact is obviously.
