基于CiteSpace的我国体外膈肌起搏研究热点及前沿分析

摘　　要：目的:通过梳理分析我国近30年关于体外膈肌起搏的研究,探索该领域的研究热点及前沿,为今后的临床应用及科学研究提供依据。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为检索数据库,以“体外膈肌起搏”为主题词,检索1990年1月—2021年1月体外膈肌起搏相关文献,运用CiteSpace V软件分析并绘制相关知识图谱。结果:共检索有效相关文献212篇,近30年体外膈肌起搏相关研究呈现崎岖发展态势,研究热点主要集中于起搏方法的改进和适用范围的扩展,研究前沿包括体外膈肌起搏在“肺康复”及“脑卒中”中的应用。结论:当前体外膈肌起搏适应证在扩展,但整体临床研究质量偏低;未来还需加强团队合作,开展高质量的临床研究,改进应用方法,与远程医疗接轨。Objective:By summarizing and analyzing the recent 30 years′ research in the field of extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing, to explore the research hotspots and frontiers in this field, so as to provide the basis for future clinical application and scientific research.Methods:Using China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) as retrieval database, the papers related to extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing from January 1990 to January 2021 were retrieved with the title of "extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing".CiteSpace V software was used to analyze and draw the relevant knowledge maps.Results:A total of 212 relevant papers were searched.In recent 30 years, the researches on extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing had presented a rough development trend.The research hotspots mainly focused on the improvement of pacing methods and the expansion of application scope.The research frontiers included the application of extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing in "pulmonary rehabilitation" and "stroke".Conclusions:The indications of extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacing are expanding now, but the overall quality of clinical researches is poor.In the future, we need to carry out high-quality clinical research through cooperation to improve application methods and integrate with telemedicine.
