摘 要:为满足上海电网黄渡分区电力负荷增长的需要,提高电网运行方式的灵活性和供电可靠性,消除在运500 kV配电装置的安全隐患,需对运行30多年的黄渡500 kV变电站进行增容改造。黄渡500 kV变电站为上海电网重要的枢纽变电站,若停电改造将造成难以估量的损失,若异地新建则无土地和线路走廊资源。本文从黄渡500 kV变电站的主变区域、500 kV配电装置、220 kV配电装置、无功补偿以及二次控制保护系统等方面分析了增容改造的思路,提出了增容改造的原则;文中还重点和详细介绍了500 kV主变和500 kV配电装置“先新建再分步改接”的实施方案,达到了“边改造边运行”的目的,避免了因长时间的停电改造而造成的损失。本工程的顺利实施为其它类似变电站的增容改造提供了借鉴。In order to meet the demand of increasing power load in Huangdu Region of Shanghai Power Grid,enhance the flexibility of the operation mode of power grid as well as the reliability of power supply,and eliminate the potential safety hazard of the 500 kV electrical switchgear under operation,it is quite necessary to upgrade and expand the capacity of Huangdu 500 kV Substation which has been in service for more than 30 years.Since Huangdu 500 kV Substation is an important hub substation of Shanghai Power Grid,it would cause inestimable loss to cut the electric power down for the reconstruction,and there is no land or space available for building a new substation and associated transmission lines.This essay proposes the criteria for such reconstruction by analyzing the way of upgrading and expansion from aspects of 500 kV main transformers,500 kV electrical switchgear,220 kV electrical switchgear,reactive power compensation equipment,protection&control system,etc.The implement scheme of“new construction first,then reconnection step by step”in 500 kV main transformers and 500 kV electrical switchgear is also described in detail to achieve the upgrading and expansion of substation without electric power cut as well as to avoid potential loss for long-time electric power cut.The successful implement of the project would be a good guideline for other similar upgrading and expansion of substation in the future.
