摘  要:研究绕组分层并绕对永磁直流无刷电机性能的影响,以一款12槽8极电机为例,给出了设计电机的基本参数,利用Ansys EM软件建立电机的三维有限元分析模型。针对内层、外层、内外层三种状态进行动态性能仿真与分析,制作样机进行性能曲线测试。仿真和试验结果验证了设计的正确性。In order to study the influence of layered parallel windings on the performance of permanent magnet brushless DC motor,a 12-slot and 8-pole motor is taken as an example,the basic parameters for designing the motor are given,and the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the motor is established by using Ansys EM.The dynamic performance simulation and analysis are carried out in three states,which are the inner layer,outer layer and inner and outer layers,and the prototype is made to test the performance curves.The simulation and test results verify the correctness of the design.
